Fees:
Initial Intake $220.00
Subsequent Sessions: $150.00 individual, $200 couple/family
Payment is due at the time that services are rendered. Payment accepted by cash, check, health savings account and credit/debit card. At the moment, I can bill Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare/United Behavioral Health, Harvard Pilgrim and Medicare. If your insurance company offers an outpatient mental health benefit, I do offer monthly insurance invoices to submit for reimbursement and can guide you through this process. Financial arrangements based on a sliding scale can be negotiated if necessary.
Cancellation/ No Show Policy:
When scheduling an appointment, please be aware that this appointment has been reserved for you. If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice or if you fail to show for the appointment, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of that session for the missed time, either at the private pay rate if paying out of pocket or at the contracted rate for your insurance company if using insurance benefits. Your insurance company does not reimburse for cancellations or failed appointments. Thank you in advance for respecting and honoring the policy listed below:
Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours are charged full appointment fee.
No charge for any situation that affects the client or the practitioner's personal safety, such as, inclement weather conditions, a medical emergency, or a family emergency.
